How Shhhs handles TTL, views, technical metadata, billing metadata, and support boundaries.
Secret lifecycle
Secret objects expire by configured TTL, view limits, burn action, request deletion, room expiry, or scheduled cleanup. Lifecycle metadata exists to enforce those rules.

Operational metadata
Operational metadata supports abuse control, billing, audit, delivery logs, support, and service reliability. It must not contain plaintext secret content or URL fragments.
